1. Identification and Check-In / Check-Out
Upon check-in, guests must present:

The same credit or debit card used to make the reservation.

A valid official ID: INE for Mexican nationals; passport or residency permit for foreign guests.

Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.

Late check-out (until 6:00 p.m.): subject to availability and additional charge.
2. Occupancy and Family Policy
The maximum occupancy of each room or suite depends on its configuration.

Children 0–4 years: No charge

Children 5–12 years: Seasonal rate applies

Juniors 13–15 years: Fixed additional charge
Minor Identification:

Mexican minors: CURP or birth certificate

Foreign minors: Passport
Unaccompanied minors or those staying with third parties: Notarized authorization from both parents with complete details and dates of stay is required.
Check-in will not be allowed without full documentation.
3. Payment Methods and Guarantees
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Card charge: The total amount (or a partial deposit depending on the season) will be held upon reservation confirmation.
If the transaction is declined, our team will contact you to retry with another payment method. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.
4. Smoking Policy
Plaza Pelicanos Grand is a 100% smoke-free property.
Smoking is prohibited in rooms, common areas, terraces, and hallways.
Penalty of $2,000 MXN applies for cleaning and reconditioning.
Designated smoking areas are available (respect your health... and everyone else’s).
5. Beach and Ocean Notice
Federal Zone: The beach and ocean are not hotel property.
All beach and ocean activities are done at your own risk.
Beach services are complimentary and do not imply legal liability in case of incidents.
Please enjoy responsibly and with common sense.
6. Pet Policy
Bring your best four-legged friend!
Pets are allowed upon prior request and subject to availability.
Guests are responsible for their pet's behavior and cleanliness during the stay.
Please refer to our Pet Friendly Program.
7. All-Inclusive Plan
Includes unlimited food and beverages in the restaurant and via room service.
Note: 15% service charge not included.
8. Additional Services and Extras

9. Spa Policies
Spa services are not included in the standard package; additional charges apply.
It is recommended to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment for a smooth experience.
10. Group Reservations
5 rooms or more are considered group bookings.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total is required.
Deposit and cancellation terms will be determined in direct coordination with our team.
If no deposit is received as agreed, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
