Dry Season (winter and spring, from November to April): The weather is cooler and drier, with temperatures ranging from 25-28°C (77-82°F). The Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort is approximately a 5 minutes drive from downtown Puerto Vallarta and 12 minutes from the Malecón. It's located in the southern part of the city, making it a great spot to enjoy the beach while being close to the main attractions.
