Hello! I really recommend the hotel, in general the facilities are good, the beds, pillows are very comfortable, cleanliness very good! But I would also like to highlight the staff that provided the service during our stay, all of them very friendly from our arrival to our departure! Ahh! and drinks very well served! The snack food good!

Excellent place, it is a comfortable hotel by the sea, its infinity pool is perfect to relax and enjoy a spectacular sunset, the snacks are fantastic and the rooms are extremely comfortable. We will definitely come back to this place.
I Will Be Back Very Soon
Excellent service, very tasty food and the attention is very good. The room was very comfortable to sleep and rest, the view we had was excellent and although it was on the 4th floor the truth that it was worth it because otherwise we would not have appreciated well the sea or mountains.
This is our second time this year that we have stayed at the Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort. We absolutely love it.. we stay in the tower in a suite which is well worth a little bit of extra money. The food is outstanding. The staff is Wonderful. The staff that we interacted with on a daily basis, always called us by name. The shows in the evening were very good and entertaining. The resort is very clean. I would highly recommend this resort. We will be returning next summer.
We have stayed 8 times and are returning again in November. The manager, Jaime Falcon, is amazing. They have hired a new chef and his creations are magnificent. Head pool bar waiter, Claudio goes far and beyond to bring excellent service. The rest of the staff are simply wonderful and treat us like family.
La estadía fue una experiencia única, el clima, las instalaciones, los alimentos, llevábamos niñas las cuales no tuvimos ningún problema en su diversión y snacks apropiados para ellos, yo agregaría fruta fresca!!!! la cena Mexicana increible!!!

La ubicacion esta muy bien cerca del centro y malecon, personal muy amable, mantenimiento y limpieza excelente, playa hermosa, mi familia estuvo muy contenta y yo tambien.
La comida muy rica, la atención del personal excelente, amables y serviciales en todo momento, en especial Luis del restaurante buffet, y en la alberca Salvador súper mesero atento y agradable.
Muy bien para estar con la familia, excelente atención, comida riquísima, ricas bebidas, habitaciones cómodas, en general muy buena opción para ir a relajarte sin gastar demasiado.
